Ricard Elías Mission Library

It’s with great pleasure to see Mission Library renamed to the Richard Elías Mission Library after the late Supervisor Richard Elías who served on the Pima County Board of Supervisors from 2002 until his passing this past March.

Thank you to the Pima County Board of Supervisors for voting to make this change, and a special thank you to Supervisor Betty Villegas.

For many of us in the community, Richard modeled what it meant to be a servant leader and a mentor. He helped direct our eyes to the different ways of considering a challenge or opportunity. He crafted careful conversations with us that unfolded through his storytelling. His presence is dearly missed.

Resist. Much love.

Get out the Vote!

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov 2020 and in-person early voting is underway! If you have an early ballot, the recommended deadline to mail it back has already passed, but you can still drop it off at the Recorder's Office, a curbside ballot drop-off site, or an early voting location as soon as possible. You can track the status of your ballot at the Pima County Recorder's website.
